I work as a bioinformatics engineer at INRAE, on the Campus of Jouy-en-Josas, in MaIAGE: Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, from Genome to Environment.
Activities
Development
I’m a development engineer in bioinformatics. In particular, I develop web interfaces as well as databases. I’m also working on making bioinformatics analysis workflows available.
Networking
I am vice-president of the French Bioinformatic Society (SFBI), co-leader of CATI SysMics, a member of the PEPI IBIS board and coordinator of the Ile-de-France bioinformaticians network.
Supervision
As part of my work at INRAE and on various scientific projects, I supervise or co-supervise trainees (DUT, M1 and M2) and engineers, particularly on development tasks.
Training
Since 2011, I have been actively involved in the “Bioinformatics through practice” cycle organised by the Migale platform. From 2019 to 2021, I was co-leader of the Python module of the DUBii.
